Hi! My name is Ben and I am a private chef from Bermuda. I have had the privilege of working in a range of restaurants, from gastro pubs and sushi spots to prestigious hotels, Rosette and Michelin-accredited restaurants. I offer a range of options, including 3-course meals, 5-9 course bespoke menus, and events such as canapé and sushi parties, tapas, BBQs, Hen/Stag dos, and more. I’m fortunate to be based in Cambridgeshire, home to some of the finest produce in the UK. The Fens are the lifeblood of the agricultural industry, boasting ingredient of exceptional quality. In addition, my close proximity to Suffolk and Norfolk allows me to source world-renowned livestock, including pork, beef, and poultry, as well as some of the country’s best seafood and game.

Ben is a really talented and friendly chef. He was really accommodating to our needs, including certain dietary requirements and communicated well with us before the event. We were so lucky to find Ben to make our Christmas meal for us. We found ourselves staying in Cambridge at an Airbnb, just before Christmas. Ben gave us lots of options for appetizers, main and dessert and worked with our Airbnb kitchen without complaint! The food was delicious and we enjoyed his Michelin experience touches to the meal. We felt full and content at the end of the evening not only because of the food, but because of Ben’s warmth and friendly personality.

We are so glad we chose Ben to come and cook for us for our Christmas meal. Ben is really friendly, has good communication skills, he was prompt in his replies. Hi Chef,
I've got a birthday party planned for 21 July. There will be 20 adults, no kids, and I was wondering if you would be able to cater for it? I was hoping to have something similar to your BBQ Bash menu but without any pork. I was also hoping for seafood to start. There will be 2 Vegetarians and 1 Coeliac.
Our budget for the event is £1000. We don't have a BBQ but can provide serving bowls, plates and cutlery.
